Simone Biles

Simone Biles, American gymnast (born 14 March 1997 in Columbus Ohio U.S.) is considered to be the best athlete in sport. The 2016 Olympics at Rio de Janeiro she became the first female U.S. gymnast to win four gold medals at a single Games and was also the first gymnast in history to win three consecutive all-around world championships (2013-15). Biles, along with her siblings Adria and Ronald Biles were taken in as infants by their grandparents of Houston. Simone first became interested in gymnastics while she was just 6. Her coach Aimee Borman took her to Bannon's Gymnastix and they took them for an excursion. Biles had a great time in the floor and vault exercises at the women's Junior Olympic National Championships before moving up to the highest level of competition in 2011. She dominated her sport less than two year later. What stood Biles apart was her consistency her fun-loving personality, as well as the level of effort she put into her workout routines for all four events--vault uneven bars, balance beam, and floor exercises.
